What are your opening hours?
Our customer care team is available to take your calls Monday - Friday from 08.30 - 16.30. Alternatively you can visit our assessment area to view a selection of our products. Where possible, we recommend that you call us before visiting so we can ensure that someone will be available to help. As most of our products are available from stock you can purchase goods at our trade counter.

Can I open an account?
Yes, contact our customer care team who will talk you through the process and send out the necessary account application form.

Do your products carry a guarantee?
Yes, all of our products carry a 12-month guarantee. The guarantee covers products that have been installed and maintained as recommended by our installation instructions. It covers manufacturing defects and is offered on all products provided they have been used in the manner for which they are intended.

Do you have a returns policy?
Yes we have a returns policy. Please ask the customer care team for a copy of our terms and conditions.

Can you send me pricing?
Yes.  Please contact us to discuss your product needs and we will send you a quotation detailing the items and pricing you require. 

Can you deliver?
Yes.  If you decide you would like to purchase the equipment and have your own plumber or installer carrying out the work, then we can arrange delivery of the materials directly to site.  We offer a next day nationwide delivery service on orders placed before 2pm on stocked items (charges may apply). A free of charge delivery service is available within our local area and to find out if you qualify, please contact the customer care team.

Do you have a trade counter?
Yes. If you would prefer to visit our trade counter you will find everything you need to complete your perfect installation. In addition to the adaptation equipment detailed within this product guide you can also purchase plumbing, tiling and electrical items.
